Batik

Come along and join us for some creativity!

Using a batik inspired method create a design on a piece of material. We will use fabric paints to colour your pattern in. We will turn your pattern into a hanging banner, to hang in your home.

Suitable for children 7 - 16 yrs

Squash and snacks will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own drink.

Children will need appropriate footwear (Trainers or Wellies), warm clothes and coats, or sunscreen and hats. We will be staying out in all weathers, although we do have shelter. Please bring a carrier bag with your child's name to take home artwork. Please wear old clothing, that you do not mind getting muddy/messy. We do have aprons but find they don't stay in place when children are playing.
