Ferry boat arts has public liability insurance and a enhanced DBS. These are available to be seen on request. Please note that we hold public liability insurance for £1,000,000. ​We aim to provide a safe learning environment to reduce the risk of injury. Please let us know if you have any health / access needs before the start of the classes.

I confirm I understand that Ferry Boat Arts are not liable to any damage done to clothes and belongings. We always advise that children/adults wear old or appropiate clothes to all Art Workshops.

I confirm I understand that Ferry Boat Arts are not responsible for accidents that may occur at home with products, if children are not being supervised when using them, where necessary.

I understand that if Ferry Boat Arts is unavailable for a session, then that session will be re-booked to a convenient time or a full refund will be due, however if the attendee is unavailable for a session, then that date is missed and no money will be refunded.

Ferry Boat Arts are trained in Safeguarding. Any safeguarding concerns reported, regarding both adults and children, will be forward to the relevant authorities. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have correct and current contact details for you and all adults authorised to pick up your child.

The General Data Protection Regulation, 2018 (GDPR) is aimed at giving people more control over their personal data. In order for us to send emails announcing our workshops, and process enquiries and bookings, and to send invoices, it is necessary for us to collect and record certain forms of your information, including (but not limited to) email address, telephone number and home address. By opting into receiving emails, you are consenting to us doing so. However, you may ask that all of your personal data be removed from our records at any time. We will never share your personal information with any other business or person.

Please do not bring ill children to workshops and sessions. This is to protect myself and other participants. Sickness and diarrhoea have to be 24 hours clear before attending.
Workshop(s)

Once you have purchased tickets, you will receive a welcome email and a booking form. Please ensure this is filled in before your workshop. It is your responsibility to look for the email and contact me before the workshop if you have not received it.

Workshop fees are through our automated payment system on our website or by bank transfer.

Tickets cannot be held. Places are not booked until payment has been received.

Refunds are available for up to 7 days before a workshop. Please email me for further help Ferryboatarts@gmail.com

If you cannot make a workshop it is your responsibility to inform me you cannot make it.

If a participant acts in a disruptive manner, which we believe affects the running of a Session or prejudices the safety of the other participants, you will asked to leave. You will not be legible for a refund. This may include but not limited to for instance, not contributing to a positive atmosphere in the studio, appearing in the eyes of others to be harassing or bullying or intimidating others, or being or appearing to be inebriated.

If your child/adult has anxiety, please message me beforehand. If i can help with things such as photos of me and the studio to help ease anxiety please ask. I will make workshops as inclusive and accessible as I can.

Birthday Party

When Booking a Community Event or Birthday Party, the date will not be kept until the £15 booking fee has been paid.

Community Event

Items bought on the website will be dispatched 7 days of completion of order.

Returns are accepted 14 days after receiving. Buyer pays for postage.
